El Salvador Roxanita

Grown in the mountains of La Palma, this honey Pacamara showcases the quality of coffee from El Salvador. We got the opportunity to take a trip to El Salvador in February of 2025 with our partners at Forest Flame Coffee to visit some of the farms that we work with directly, including Roxanita and meeting the producer, Nacho Gutierrez. The care and attention the producers provide each coffee shows their expertise and intuition when it comes to coffee producing. 

At Sons Coffee, we take great pride in roasting each coffee with care and to  bring out the unique qualities in each coffee we offer. Honey-processed coffees produce a natural sweetness in every cup, and our Roxanita Pacamara has a beautiful balance of honey-sweetness with notes of nougat, juicy berry, and smooth chocolate notes. We recommend this coffee brewed on drip or pour over.
